About The Role

Danone is seeking a highly organised and proactive HCP Event Activation Coordinator to join our Healthcare Nutrition team on a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs, Market Access & Careline ANZ, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, execution and evaluation of healthcare professional (HCP) events across ANZ. This includes national conferences/congresses, local events, sponsorship activities, medical education initiatives across Medical Affairs, Marketing and Healthcare Nutrition Engagement teams.





This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring events are aligned with business objectives, delivered seamlessly, and executed in line with internal governance requirements. You will work in close collaboration with the accountable team act as the central point of coordination between internal cross-functional stakeholders, external event organisers, agencies, healthcare professionals and vendors to create exceptional event experiences and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

HCP Event Planning & Delivery

- Coordinate and execute a portfolio of HCP events, conferences, sponsorships and educational initiatives across ANZ.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Evaluate event and sponsorship opportunities and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.
