Role Requirements

- This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as a coordinator/stylist, for a wide range of events including corporate events, product launches, weddings and private events
- You will manage the end-to-end coordination process, ensuring every event is delivered in a professional, courteous and seamless manner
- Client facing and relationship driven,



requiring robust communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- 1 year experience required, in corporate or incentive/event roles
- Experience in the CRM EventPro or similar also preferred
- Training will be provided in styling if you have that creative edge

Primary Functions

- Assist clients with all styling needs using our in-house décor hire range and outsource styling elements that are not in-house
- Manage your time efficiently so that all clients are being attended to at each stage of their planning process, managing the development and coordination of their events
- Conceptualise, design and deliver event styling from initial mood boards through to on-site execution, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging outcome
