What the role looks like

New patients come through word-of-mouth and our in-house marketing team, so your books fill rapid from day one. The focus is comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry, backed by a support team, advanced tech, and enough structure that you're never figuring it out alone.

- Current AHPRA registration, and the clinical skill to back it up
- You want real feedback and real numbers on your own performance, not a once-a-year box tick
- You see clinical observation and KPI data as tools for getting better, not a report card to dread
- You take pride in your outcomes and communicate with genuine empathy
- You work well with a team, DAs, reception, and other clinicians, not around them
