We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Events Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full time/part-time basis, based in our Merredin office.
This role will support the planning and delivery of engaging activities and wellness programs for clients located in remote areas.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and activities tailored to aged care clients - Organise and manage wellness centred programs and schedules - Develop activity plans within allocated budgets - Liaise with clients to promote participation and confirm attendance - Coordinate resources, venues, and logistics for events - Ensure activities align with client needs, wellbeing goals,
and organisational standards - Flexible part-time hours - Prospect to make a meaningful impact in the community - Supportive team environment Qualifications - Certificate IV in Events, Business, Hospitality, Community Services, or a related field is desirable.
- Previous experience coordinating events or community activities is highly regarded.
Preferred Skills - Previous experience in organising aged care activities or similar programs - Experience coordinating a wellness centre or community-based programs - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to manage budgets and plan cost-effective activities - Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach - Ability to work independently while supporting a broader team If you are passionate about improving the wellbeing of others and enjoy creating engaging programs, we would love to hear from you.
