Dirt Works is seeking an experienced Excavator / Combo Operator to join our growing team for ongoing civil and earthworks projects throughout the Hervey Bay and Wide Bay area.

About the Role

You'll be involved in a variety of earthmoving and excavation projects, including:

- Site cuts

- Site cleans

- Residential and commercial excavation works

- General earthworks and preparation

- Operating excavators and combo units

- Working alongside a small, hardworking team

What We're Looking For

- Experience operating excavators and/or combo machines preferred

- Ability to work unsupervised and follow site plans

- Strong work ethic and reliability





- White Card required

- Relevant machinery tickets/licences advantageous

- HR licence beneficial but not essential
