Clerk Grade 7/8 position with a salary range $116,981 - $129,492 per annum plus superannuation

Ongoing role located in The Rocks, Sydney (minimum 3 days per week onsite required) About the role The Executive Assistant provides support to the Executive Director, Marketing Division, helping to ensure the Division operates smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll manage a broad range of executive support activities, including coordinating the Executive Director's schedule, meetings, travel and correspondence, while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. You'll also provide administrative support to the Division's Associate Directors, contributing to the effective day-to-day running of the team.

The Executive Assistant plays a key role in coordinating briefings, submissions, reports and other high-level documents, as well as monitoring outstanding actions to ensure priorities are progressed and deadlines are met. The role also involves researching and collating information to support decision making, responding to enquiries, and identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and systems. Success in this role requires excellent organisation, sound judgement and the ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service.

About

You

You have demonstrated experience providing high-quality support to a senior executive in a busy, professional environment. You are highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm, proactive approach. You exercise sound judgement, handle sensitive information with discretion and consistently produce accurate work, even when working to tight deadlines.

You are a confident communicator who builds positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You have excellent organisational and time management skills, solid attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You bring an understanding of financial controls and financial reporting, together with a practical approach to solving problems and managing work efficiently.
