About the role

We're looking for an Experience Design Lead to drive our thinking and define our approach. This is a role for someone who is passionate about connecting creativity, technology, and genuine customer needs.

Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia

You’ll be the bridge between strategy and design, using your deep knowledge of design thinking and systems thinking to make our clients' brand promises a reality. Crucially, you’ll be joining us at an exciting time of growth and will have the space to truly form and shape this offering as we evolve the agency.





As an Experience Design Lead, you will:

- Set the Direction: Taking ownership of the Experience Design roadmap and strategy at a macro level, ensuring our work is desirable, viable, and feasible.
- Building the Culture: Helping to contribute towards our collaborative culture of strategy, creative and design excellence across all teams, and mentoring junior designers and strategists.
- Driving Innovation: Championing a customer intelligence‑led approach to identify and drive recent opportunities for innovation and differentiation within client businesses.

This is a senior position, perfect for someone who is fluent in human-centered design methodologies and eager to stretch their influence into shaping broader brand and service ecosystems.
