As an experienced chef at Coco Belle, you will play a key role in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen operations. You will collaborate with our culinary team to produce delicious dishes while ensuring a seamless kitchen environment.

- Develop and design cutting-edge menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, with a focus on minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and standards.




- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment (5 years minimum).
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
- Diploma in hospitality management
- Demonstrated creativity in menu planning and food presentation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Passion for culinary arts and a dedication to quality.
