You'll be joining a supportive, high-performing team at an established multi-franchise dealership with genuine volume and variety. It's a business that backs its people and values consistency over churn.

What You Bring

- Proven recent vehicle sales experience, with runs on the board — you can back your numbers
- A track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs, not just talking about them




- A natural way with people and a genuine passion for delivering great customer outcomes

- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday (weekends are where this business wins)

- Familiarity with the Northern Beaches area is a plus.
