Denton Corker Marshall is looking for a motivated and experienced Graduate of Architecture with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing Sydney studio.

This role suits an experienced graduate with a genuine interest in project delivery and construction-phase services. Working closely with a Senior Project Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a landmark education and research project through to completion. Your responsibilities will include construction documentation, responding to RFIs, consultant coordination, site activities, and providing project delivery support throughout the construction phase.

This is an excellent chance for a highly organised and technically capable graduate who enjoys collaborating with project teams, consultants, and contractors to help realise complex and significant architectural projects.

Required Experience and Skills

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience post-graduation
- Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is essential
- Strong experience in architectural documentation and technical detailing
- Exposure to construction phase services, contract administration, or site-based project support
- Experience responding to RFIs and coordinating consultant and contractor information




- Sound understanding of Australian construction methods, documentation standards, and project delivery processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working within project teams
