Australia Chef Migration is one of Australia's most successful employer-sponsored recruitment and migration businesses, having placed hundreds of international chefs into Australian hospitality businesses. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Registered Migration Agent who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to become part of a business that genuinely makes a difference to people's lives.
This is not a traditional migration practice. Our business focuses almost exclusively on employer-sponsored migration, working with hospitality employers across Australia and international candidates seeking long-term careers in Australia.
About the Role
You will manage a large portfolio of employer-sponsored visa applications from initial assessment through to visa grant, ensuring exceptional client service while maintaining compliance with Australian migration legislation. This is a high-volume role best suited to someone who enjoys structure, systems, deadlines and working efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a large caseload of Subclass 482 and ENS 186 visa applications.
- Preparing and lodging sponsorship, nomination and visa applications.
- Advising employers on sponsorship obligations and compliance requirements.
- Communicating with clients throughout the visa process.
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy and legislative compliance.
- Liaising with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.
- Managing priorities and deadlines across multiple active matters.
- Working closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure seamless candidate transitions.
- Contributing to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload and lead support teams
- Confident using migration software and CRM systems.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with hospitality or trade occupations.
- Experience with Labour Agreements or DAMA applications.
- Experience working alongside recruitment teams.
