Real Fitness Training is a strength-based personal training studio. We help clients increase energy, reduce pain, lose fat, and build muscle, while building consistency that lasts.

We're looking for an experienced coach who wants one place to call home and grow with it over time. This is a long-term role for someone who takes coaching seriously and brings energy into the room every day.

The Role
This role is primarily on the gym floor. You'll coach small group strength and 1:1 sessions, and support clients through their training week to week. You'll build real relationships, keep clients accountable, and help our community stay connected to each other and to their goals.
Your main responsibilities
- Coach small group and 1:1 strength sessions
- Deliver safe, well-planned training
- Build steady relationships with clients
- Support attendance and effort standards
- Guide new and trial clients toward committing to a program that fits their goals
- Encourage members to bring friends and family into the RFT community
- Create a welcoming and reliable training space
- Bring energy and warmth that lifts the room and the team
- Coach 25-35+ hours per week
- Support basic nutrition and lifestyle habits
- Meet agreed coaching KPIs
- Show up prepared and on time

- You have coaching experience in a structured gym

- You love helping someone see the value in committing to their training, not just running the session

- You avoid early mornings or evenings

- You see coaching as short-term or casual work
Why RFT
RFT gives you a clear coaching framework, a small group model that lets you actually coach, and a team that values professionalism and care. You'll work with clients who respect the process and teammates who support each other.
Pay ranges from $77-85k p.a, based on experience and contribution. Full-time hours are available for the right coach.
