We are seeking experienced pallet racking installers to join our growing team, servicing projects across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
About the Role
This position is primarily focused on the installation, modification, an relocation of pallet racking systems across warehouses and industrial sites. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused tradespeople who take pride in high-quality workmanship.
Opportunities are available for installers who are open to stepping into leading hand roles for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and dismantling of pallet racking systems
- Interpreting layout plans and site drawings
- Ensuring works comply with safety standards and industry regulations
- Leading and mentoring team members (for Leading Hand applicants)
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Liaising with supervisors and site managers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in pallet racking installation (essential)
- White Card (essential)
- Forklift licence and EWP ticket (highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of workplace safety
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Leadership experience or willingness to step up (desirable)
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
