In this role, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of approx. 100 residential properties with the support of the property management team.

Specifically

- Coordinating inspections with our Assistant Property Manager
- Cultivating strong relationships with tenants and owners, ensuring consistent 5-star client experiences
- Actively resolving concerns raised by owners and tenants for smooth, amicable solutions
- Managing landlords and tenants, ensuring both parties meet their obligations
- Conducting entries & exits
- Liaising with contractors
- Have a keen eye for detail

Skills & Experience:

A can–do attitude and robust work ethic are at the top of our clients "wish list" - we are looking for a team player! Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication & time management skills
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Property Management
- Impeccable personal presentation
- A current QLD registration certificate Is required
- Experience with QCAT process - desirable
- Experience using Property Me – desirable
