- Well maintained portfolio of only 140
- Local Stonnington properties
- Support including leasing & admin/compliance
- No weekend work - Monday to Friday
- Great systems & processes in place

Salary up to $90K+Super - dependant on experience. About You;
- Proven experience managing your own residential portfolio
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Team oriented with a positive, can do attitude
- Cert IV in Real Estate
- Reliable car & drivers licence
