About The Role We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Express Ute Drivers to support the secure and efficient delivery of customer orders across the Newcastle and Hunter region.

Reporting to the Express Ute Coordinator, this role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately and on time. As one of the primary faces of NHS Trade on customer sites, you will help create a positive customer experience through professionalism, communication and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver customer orders safely, accurately and on time across the Newcastle and Hunter region
- Conduct vehicle pre-start inspections and ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition
- Load delivery utes and ensure products are strapped and secured safely for transport
- Complete site risk assessments,



proof of deliveries and delivery photos in accordance with company procedures
- Assist customers with unloading products on site while maintaining safe work practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent NHS Trade professionally on every delivery
- Comply with all road rules, Chain of Responsibility requirements and NHS safety expectations
- Work collaboratively with branch, warehouse and logistics teams to support customer outcomes
- Assist in warehouse and yard operations as required

About You You are a dependable team player who enjoys building relationships with customers and takes pride in delivering great service.

You will bring

- A current Driver Licence (manual preferred) with a good driving record
- A forklift Licence and White Card (desirable)
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and safe driving practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-site
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete documentation accurately
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
