Description

- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business processes.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress and maintaining documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business support processes.

Profile A successful AO5 Officer should have:

- Proven experience in administrative or business support roles,



ideally within Government business services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
