About theRole We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and person-centred Support Worker to provide dedicated support to a participant living in Kerford, Rochester and as well as around the Echuca area. This role focuses on supporting one individual to live a meaningful, independent, and fulfilling life while promoting choice, dignity, inclusion, and human rights.

You will build a strong professional relationship with the participant, supporting their daily living activities, community participation, health and wellbeing, and personal goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to empowering people with disability to achieve the life they want and choose.
