Werner Engineering Pty Ltd – Mackay, QLD Werner Engineering is seeking an experienced Trade Qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in producing high-quality work and has extensive experience repairing and fabricating large mining equipment.

About the Role

- Fabrication, repairs and maintenance of large mining equipment and components.
- leading a team of boilermakers
- managing job requirements
- Training Apprentices
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Complete work to a high standard with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to meet production deadlines.

Essential Requirements

- Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker.
- leadership Experience
- Demonstrated experience working on large mining equipment.
- Solid fabrication and welding skills.




- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Current Driver Licence.
