We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Sydney-based team. This role will oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation, offering exposure to a range of commercial developments.
Project Manager key responsibilities
- Manage façade project scope, timelines, budgets and resources
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout all project stages
- Liaise with builders, architects, engineers and consultants to resolve technical and on-site challenges
- Manage procurement of façade materials, ensuring quality, timely delivery and cost control
- Coordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with specifications
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and design standards
- Supervise installation progress, coordinate defect resolution
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders by providing regular updates and addressing project risks
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Proven background in managing façade/curtain walls/aluminium/glazing facades projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in façade or construction project management
- Solid understanding of the full project management cycle, including design coordination, programming, budgeting, contracts, site management and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
