We're seeking a dynamic Facilities and Concierge Coordinator to join our Sydney office in the Life Science sector. This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, empowering you to take ownership of comprehensive site operations while delivering outstanding client experiences and driving operational excellence.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain exceptional client relationships through responsive, proactive service
- Act as the central liaison for all stakeholder inquiries and operational matters
- Coordinate seamlessly between clients, internal teams, and external service providers
- Supervise contractor performance, conduct quality inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead vendor management activities including contract negotiations and procurement processes
- Manage maintenance contract renewals and vendor onboarding procedures
- Support purchase order processing and vendor database management
- Deliver precise financial reporting and budget management
- Champion workplace safety protocols and regulatory adherence
- Perform comprehensive site evaluations and identify operational efficiencies
- Oversee integrated facilities services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, and pest management
- Generate detailed operational reporting and strategic recommendations
