Job Title: Factory Production Worker (Forklift & Truck Driving Required)About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Factory Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be essential to our day-to-day operations—assisting with production line activities, operating forklifts to move materials safely, and delivers, operating company trucks for local transport/deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Operations:
- Operate assemble equipment and production machinery according to safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and report any operational issues.
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for storage or shipment.
- Forklift Operations:
- Safely operate counterbalanced or reach forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods around the warehouse/factory floor.
- Load and unload freight trucks and shipping containers efficiently.
- Perform routine checks on forklift equipment before and after use.
- Truck Driving & Transport:
- Drive company vehicles/trucks to execute local deliveries, pick-ups, or transfers between sites as required.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance requirements.
- Ensure load distribution is safe, balanced,



and secured prior to transport.
- General Warehouse & Safety:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace adhering to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environment.
- Skilled in use of hand tools
- Proven experience operating forklifts safely.
- Hands-on truck driving experience.
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid Forklift License (e.g., LF / High Risk Work License).
- Valid Driver’s License
- Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including manual handling, lifting up to 20–25kg, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable punctuality and strong work ethic.Work Schedule & Location
