About the role
We're looking for a female Support Worker to support a participant in Runaway Bay.
This is a regular, ongoing role with the opportunity to build additional hours as new clients come on board.
Regular weekly shifts:
- Sunday: 8:45 am – 12:15 pm (church and coffee)
- Monday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (social outings and shopping)
Start: ASAP (ideally by 16 August).
About you
You'll be someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Warm, calm and easy-going
- A confident and safe driver
- Comfortable building genuine, professional relationships
- Passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals and participate in their community
Experience supporting people with psychosocial disability is preferred but not essential.
Essential requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in Australia
