We're looking for a motivated and customer focused Field Service Technician to join our growing team in Bethania. About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of power generation equipment both in the workshop and on sites. Every day brings something different, with opportunities to solve technical challenges while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Service, repair and maintain generators, lighting towers and associated equipment.
- Respond to customer breakdowns and carry out on site fault finding and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot generator control systems, as well as low and high voltage electrical faults.
- Complete service reports and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting agreed service timeframes.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and reliable service.

About You You're a qualified Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in delivering quality work, and thrives in a customer focused environment.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter, Auto Electrician, Electrician,



or similar technical trade (preferred).
- Experience servicing generators, diesel engines, lighting towers, industrial equipment or related machinery.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Confidence using computers to complete service reports and documentation.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team.
