About The Opportunity The Grounds Utility is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and village services in a timely, guest-focused manner in line with contractual service standards. This role also supports grounds maintenance to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering high standards of cleaning, presentation and customer service across village facilities
- Maintaining safe, hygienic work practices in line with HSE requirements
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and managing stock and inventory controls
- Reporting faults, hazards and maintenance issues via iClean or to the Supervisor
- Assisting with village grounds maintenance, cleaning and minor equipment upkeep
- Safely operating plant, equipment and vehicles in accordance with procedures
- Supporting aerodrome operations when required, including terminal cleaning and guest assistance
- Promoting a Zero Harm culture and complying with all safety, environmental and quality policies

About You You are a reliable and safety-focused individual who takes pride in delivering quality service and working as part of a team in a fast-paced site environment.



You have experience in cleaning or grounds maintenance and understand the importance of customer service, safety and attention to detail.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Experience in a similar cleaning, village or facilities environment
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
- Confidence operating equipment and following procedures
- A current Driver’s Licence
