Role Description The Finance Administrator provides day-to-day administrative and transactional support to the Finance team. The role ensures accurate processing of financial data, supports month-end activities, and assists with maintaining compliance and efficient finance operations across the organisation. Primarily, to ensure that all payments and receipts of all Property Operating Expenses on behalf of the client are processed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide finance and administrative support across client accounts, including invoice processing, payment processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records.

 Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including monitoring outstanding payments, reconciliations, and follow-ups.

 Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, lease outgoing reconciliations, and investigation of discrepancies.

 Assist with month-end financial processes, including journal preparation,



financial data updates, and reporting support.

 Maintain accurate financial information within internal systems, ensuring transactions are correctly recorded and compliant with organisational requirements.

 Prepare financial reports, income and expenditure summaries, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

 Provide qualified customer service and respond effectively to finance-related enquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

 Support audit requirements by maintaining organised financial documentation and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

 Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, systems, and administrative efficiencies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

 Manage competing priorities effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork in delivering finance and operational support.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with progress towards CA/CPA qualifications highly regarded.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, complex deliverables, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

 Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial analysis, reporting, and providing meaningful insights and commentary.
