FourQuarters is delighted to be partnering with a leading ASX-listed infrastructure organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

Supporting a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects and long-term contracts, this is an opportunity to join a high-performing function at the intersection of Finance, Operational and Commercial stakeholders to influence key business decisions.

This role offers significant variety across project finance, business partnering, commercial analysis and strategic planning, in a dedicated CBD office location and Hybrid WFH arrangement.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will:

- Partner with Project Managers, Engineering and Operations leaders to provide commercial and financial support across a diverse portfolio of projects and operational contracts.
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, FCAC models and long-range business planning for multiple projects and business units.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, performance analysis and recommendations, identifying key risks, opportunities and cost improvement initiatives.




- Support evaluation and pricing on major commercial bids, tenders and project opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial models, reporting processes and project finance frameworks.

The Ideal Candidate To be successful in this position you should have:

- CA or CPA qualification with demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accounting or Project Finance role.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience supporting project-based environments.
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both finance and operational leaders across the business.
- High-level attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and time frames.
