Qualifications and Experience - Tertiary qualification in accounting, business, economics or related field.

- CA/CPA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated understanding of business analytics tools and accounting principles as per the Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement across organisation.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders in complex environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in aged care, health, or other highly regulated environments (desirable).
- Experience with Epicor or similar enterprise finance systems (desirable).
