About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join on an initial 3 month contract, with an immediate start. This role will provide hands-on financial management support across the business during a busy period, working closely with the CFO and broader finance team to keep core financial processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial management across the group, including month-end close
- Manage cash flow, reconciliations and reporting across multiple entities
- Review and support the finance team's work across accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions
- Prepare management reports and support the CFO with ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements
- Ensure financial controls and processes are maintained across a complex, multi-entity structure
- Provide interim leadership and continuity to the finance function for the duration of the contract
Key Requirements
- CA/CPA qualified, with solid Finance Manager or senior accountant experience
- Comfortable stepping into a recent environment quickly and hitting the ground running
- Experience in investment management, family office or multi-entity business structures highly regarded
- Strong systems skills, with experience across finance/ERP systems and advanced Excel
