The role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team on a part time basis. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including but not limited to:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including precise and timely invoicing, payment allocations, reconciliations, and banking
- Monitoring and actioning all accounts emails and telephone queries while providing excellent customer service
- Working collaboratively with all departments to resolve any customer queries, billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate accounting records.
