Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be trusted to drive month end, financial reporting, compliance, and systems improvement during a high growth phase across the business. You'll gain exposure to domestic and international reporting, alongside having the opportunity to work closely with operational & financial stakeholders to develop your business partnering acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reporting across a complex, multi entity structure
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare, review and analyse financial reports and reconciliations
- Undertake detailed general ledger reviews
- Partner with key financial/non financial stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting outcomes




- Process sales and inventory reporting within group reporting systems
- Lead and coordinate annual audit activities, including preparation of statutory financial statements and engagement with external auditors
- Contribute to finance transformation, process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives

A little about you:

- CA/CPA qualifications (or nearing completion)
- First or second mover looking for more challenge and diversity
- Proven experience in financial accounting and statutory reporting
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills and strong capability across SAP (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business
- A continuous improvement mindset and genuine desire to enhance processes and controls
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
