Job Title: Finishes Foreman

Project: Class 2 - Mixed-Use & Residential

Location: Wollongong, NSW

With continual growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, Level 33 are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality Class 2 residential and mixed-use developments, overseeing the final stages of construction and ensuring premium finishes across all trades.

THE ROLE

- Manage and coordinate all finishing trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality assurance and defect management processes are maintained to the highest standard.
- Oversee compliance with Class 2 construction requirements and relevant legislation.
- Conduct finishing inspections and report progress to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
- Monitor schedules, manage materials and deliveries, and keep finishing programs on track.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain smooth project delivery.




- Maintain site safety and ensure WHS standards are adhered to at all times.

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Finishes Foreman, ideally on Class 2 residential projects.
- Strong eye for detail and proven ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Solid understanding of NCC, BCA, and WHS regulations.
- Trade background in carpentry, joinery or other finishing-related disciplines preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- White Card and relevant site safety certifications.
- Driver’s licence and own transport.
