Your Life Fitness Centre is looking for a friendly and personable reception team member to join our growing team.

About the Role

This casual position includes

- Approximately 12-15 hours per week on reception

- If you have a Cert IV in Fitness your role can include endless opportunities to grow your own PT client base and income on top of this reception role.

Reception duties include

- Membership sales

- Answering enquiries

- Member engagement and retention

- Maintaining centre presentation

- General administration and customer service





Reception shifts range from

- 7:00am – 7:00pm weekdays (afternoon shift availability highly desirable)

- 8am-12pm Saturdays occasionally

If of interest, Personal Training sessions can be scheduled around your own availability, allowing flexibility and autonomy to design your own schedule.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Current Working With Children Check

- Strong communication and people skills
- A passion for health & fitness

Preferred Experience

- Sales or customer service experience highly regarded

- Experience in a similar front of house role in a fitness centre preferred but not essential
