We’re hiring a Buyer’s Agent Associate to work directly alongside one of our lead Buyer’s Agents as her right‑hand support across active deals.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role with a clear pathway into a Buyer’s Agent position over time.

The Role

You’ll be embedded in the day‑to‑day running of live deals, focused on execution, coordination, and keeping everything moving.

Core responsibilities

- Call agents to gather key property details (price expectations, motivation, feedback)
- Review listings against client briefs and flag relevant opportunities
- Analyse sales evidence, rental estimates, and prepare CMAs
- Review inspection videos and identify risks / key points
- Coordinate and book inspections
- Manage and maintain the client portal (Monday.com)
- Assist with post‑exchange management (liaising with solicitors, PMs, agents)
- Handle general admin to keep deals progressing smoothly

You won’t be client‑facing initially. The focus is on building strong fundamentals and supporting deal flow at a high level.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- High level of follow‑through (you finish what you start)




- Clear and confident communication (especially on the phone)
- Ability to assess information quickly and filter what matters
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Genuine interest in property investing

Real estate experience is a plus, but not essential.
