As our business continues to grow, ourDistillery Door and restaurant kitchenare expanding, creating exciting opportunities for1st and 2nd year Apprentice Chefsto join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in hospitality while working in a supportive and creative workplace.

Working closely with ourHead Chef and experienced kitchen team, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of kitchen skills while contributing to a food offering that highlightsseasonal produce and thoughtful food and gin pairings.

Our Distillery Door operatesWednesday to Sunday, 8am–5pm, with occasional evening events.

The Farmer’s Wife Distillery is an independent Australian distillery with a traditional yet sustainable approach to crafting quality spirits. Our team has produced a range of award-winning gins enjoyed by customers across Australia.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is currently a1st or 2nd year Apprentice Chef(or looking to start an apprenticeship)
- Has agenuine passion for food and hospitality
- Is eager to learn and develop their kitchen skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Has an interest inseasonal produce and Australian native ingredients

Experience working in a commercial kitchen is helpful but not essential.

Experience or interest insolid fuel cooking would be an advantage.
