Your role will focus on providing a seamless and supportive client experience, helping individuals achieve favourable outcomes during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting with clients and taking instructions
- Drafting special damages
- Review and analysis of records
- Drafting written communications to clients
- Briefing medical experts and allied health professionals
- Attending court for procedural hearings
- Briefing and liaising with barristers

The experience we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a robust client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

- 2+ years Post Admission Experience (PAE): You should have a solid foundation of legal practice and experience
- Experience in Personal Injuries: We are looking for someone who has worked within a personal injuries’ environment, with a background in handling road, work, or public liability matters
- Team Collaboration: The ability to work effectively within a team is crucial. You should be adept at collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Proactive File Management: Demonstrated experience in taking a proactive approach to managing files is essential. You should be able to handle cases efficiently and anticipate potential issues before they arise
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.



You should have a proven track record of providing high-level client service and maintaining positive client relationships
