Casual role - preference for Monday and Thursday availability
Kardinia International College is a K-12 non-denominational independent school located in Geelong with a student enrolment of approximately 2000. Kardinia is 50 minutes from Melbourne and can be easily accessed via the Geelong Ring Road.
Within the School of Performing Arts, students are immersed in musical opportunities and provided a secure platform to develop friendships, connections, and all areas of intelligence. Performance opportunities include Solo and Ensemble Soiree concerts held each term providing a safe space for students to perform to an encouraging audience.
About the role
We are seeking a specialist clarinet Instrumental Music Tutor who is passionate about teaching students individually and in group settings. You will be tutoring clarinet students from beginner to advancing AMEB levels.
The ability to teach in small group settings and ensembles, combined with experience in conducting bands and ensembles would be advantageous.
Specific day/s to be negotiated with a preference for Monday and Thursday availability.
The ability to teach across more than one of the listed instrumental disciplines would be valued.
