Subaru Australia, part of Inchcape, is seeking an experienced learning and development skilled to drive training programs across its dealer network. You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences that uplift product knowledge, sales capability and customer interactions.
You will partner with regional teams, manage LMS content, and lead capability initiatives while aligning with manufacturer and Inchcape requirements. Travel to support dealer learning is expected.
