Uniting Early Learning Jahjumbeen is a well-established early learning centre in Toowong , proudly supporting the local community for over 25 years .

We value creativity, imagination and play, with light-filled learning spaces and shaded outdoor environments that encourage exploration. Our diverse community celebrates over 15 languages , supported by passionate, qualified educators.

About the role

As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping curriculum, mentoring educators, and creating a high-quality learning environment.

You will:

- Lead engaging, play-based programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG
- Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment




- Mentor and collaborate with educators to support best practice
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Act as Responsible Person when required
- Contribute positively to our centre’s culture and values

About you

You will bring:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – essential
- Strong working knowledge of EYLF, QKLG and the NQF
- Confidence documenting and assessing children’s learning
- A collaborative approach with strong communication and leadership skills
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine passion for quality early learning and relationships
