About the role
If you're looking for a stable, full-time job with consistent weekday hours, this could be a outstanding fit. This is a practical, hands-on role focused on maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic production environment while supporting our day-to-day operations. You'll spend most of your day cleaning equipment and work areas, following food safety standards, with some packing of fresh produce and other general production tasks as required.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning production areas and equipment throughout the day
- Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
- Completing quality checks on produce
- Packing fresh produce for customer orders
- Assisting with general production tasks as required
- Working in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 4°C)
- Monitor production equipment and report any issues to the appropriate team.
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
- Enjoys hands-on, physical work
- Is comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Can safely lift and move products throughout the day
- Can work in a cold environment for the duration of your shift
- Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
- Works well in a team and follows procedures carefully
- Interested in learning new equipment and production processes.
Experience
Experience in any of the following is advantageous:
- Food production or food processing
- Packing or warehousing
- Commercial cleaning
- Manufacturing or production environments
No farming experience is required - full training is provided.
