Loading) + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay) Responsibilities - Provide high‑quality service delivery to all customers, including patients, staff and visitors.

- Prepare, portion, serve, and deliver hot and cold meals; distribute meals and maintain clean facilities.
- Assist with the timely assembly, delivery and collection of meals for patients, working collaboratively with clinical staff to address special dietary requirements.
- Act as quality control to ensure all meals are presented to a high standard and meet each patient’s needs; elevate any issues as required.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety throughout the food services department in compliance with the hospital food safety program.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles in accordance with the hospital’s food safety program.

Qualifications - Flexibility to work across all shifts – mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality team environment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated competency in manual handling, chemical use, hand hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work well in a team and support a positive team environment.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to read,



measure accurately and perform basic math skills.
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with the hospital’s infection control requirements and to undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment.
