Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Foreperson Painter to join our Perth team. There will be regular travel throughout the Perth region The Role This is a full time permanent role.
You will be on the tools and required to:
- Work closely with the Project Manager to develop a clear understanding of each project and deliver projects on-time, within scope, within budget, safely.
- Coordinate employees and equipment/materials - Supervise employees and apprentices - Ensure work is completed safely – eg. conduct toolbox talks, update risk assessment and ensure correct PPE is worn What you need to succeed - Trade qualified painter with Commercial painting experience - EWP licenses are desirable - Experience in managing small painting teams - A solid focus on safety, including using online safety systems What to Expect from Us - Excellent hourly rate plus supervisor allowance, a daily travel allowance, plus super, paid weekly.
