About The Role We are seeking a Founding AI Engineer based in Australia, with flexibility for fully remote work. As a founding team member, you work with our team to architect, design, and develop software solutions that comprise Voltaire’s AI-powered platform.

Your responsibilities will include writing clean, secure code, building back-end systems, scaling the platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business goals. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision of the company and building a robust product to help legal teams deliver greater access to justice.

What You Will Be Doing

Architect and implement all AI and LLM features end-to-end for our product

Make decisions on our system architecture, tech stack, LLM features, agentic tools, and more

Work with technologies such as Node.js, AWS,



and Anthropic

Maintain our codebase, balancing high-quality code, security and speed of development

Drive forward products and solve broad technical challenges What We're Looking For A passionate engineer with ideally 2 years of experience building great products using cutting-edge AI technologies

You're familiar with implementing AI and LLM applications as well as building integrations

You’re a problem solver who’s not afraid to come up with creative solutions, work autonomously, and take ownership and pride in the code you write
