About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our growing Frame & Truss team. This role is critical in supporting our sales, estimating, detailing and production teams to ensure jobs move smoothly from quote through to delivery.

You will provide administrative support across the entire Frame & Truss operation, helping coordinate information, maintain systems and keep customers and internal teams informed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming Frame & Truss enquiries and job allocations.
- Preparing and processing customer documentation.
- Maintaining job records and updating internal systems.
- Assisting with quote tracking and reporting.
- Liaising with Account Managers, Estimators,
Detailers and Production.
- Coordinating customer communication and follow-up.
- Monitoring outstanding information and RFIs.
- Assisting with scheduling and workflow administration.
- Producing reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing general administrative support to the Frame & Truss team.
About You Experience within the building, timber, manufacturing or Frame & Truss industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and confidence managing high email volumes.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using MiTek software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting internal stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
