About Us

Piermont Retreat is a boutique coastal destination on Tasmania's East Coast, home to unique accommodation, weddings, events and the historic Homestead Restaurant. We're looking for a friendly and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.

This is a casual position with regular hours available and the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time role for the right person.

The Role

You'll be part of our front-of-house team, helping deliver great food, genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Duties include

- Greeting and looking after guests.
- Taking food and beverage orders.
- Serving meals and drinks.
- Assisting with restaurant setup and pack down.
- Supporting weddings, events and special functions.
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

About You

- Friendly, positive and reliable.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced team environment.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.




- Available to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
- Must possess valid Australian work rights.

Minimum 1-2 years of front-of-house experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required.
