Aruma is seeking a Children’s Services Leader to oversee day‑to‑day coordination, quality, and consistency of support for children and young people. You will lead and coach Support Workers, embedding trauma‑informed and therapeutic practices in everyday routines to create protected and developmentally supportive environments.
Travel between services is required as part of onsite leadership, coaching, and oversight.
