Act for Kids is seeking an In-home Therapy Assistant to join the Cairns Individual Support Services team. The role provides trauma-informed, attachment-based coaching to vulnerable families, helping children regulate emotions and set healthy boundaries.

The position is full time on a maximum-term contract until 30 June 2027, with possible extension. Salary ranges from $92,287 to $99,295 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
