About You

- Live across the Far North Coast area including Ballina, Banora Point, Byron Bay, Casuarina, Kingscliff, Mullumbimby, Pottsville, Tweed Heads and surrounding communities.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!
- Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates

What We Offer

- $32.61 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
- Permanent Part time contracts: 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
- Permanent Part-Time opportunities for experienced candidates; Casual entry-level roles available with the potential to transition to Permanent Part-Time employment

Your Role

As a valued member of the team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.

- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Personal care: showering, grooming,



toileting & mobility support (where applicable)
- Medication assistance (where applicable and trained)
- Social support, transport and companionship (where trained)
- Promoting independence, dignity & wellbeing
