ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Store Manager to lead our Black Pepper store at Marion. In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily store operations, drive sales performance, and champion an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through the door. You’ll lead and inspire a passionate team, manage stock with precision, uphold our visual merchandising standards, and create a shopping environment that keeps customers coming back.

Please note this is a Full-Time position, working Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Lead, coach and motivate your team to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly
- Manage inventory with care, including stock replenishment, organisation and loss prevention
- Build and manage monthly rosters that are costed accurately within budgeted hours
- Maintain Black Pepper’s visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking sharp and on-brand
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement within your store

ABOUT YOU

- genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming store atmosphere
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and bring out the best in others




- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with customers, staff and stakeholders alike
- Highly organised with solid time-management skills to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- A sharp eye for detail when it comes to visual merchandising, styling and store presentation
- Prior experience in a retail management or supervisory role is highly regarded
