As one of our incredible practitioners embarks on an exciting new adventure in Canada, we're looking for an experienced Behaviour Support & Mental Health Practitioner to join our growing team.

Selection Criteria – What You’ll Need:

- NDIS Commission Suitability:

You either:

Meet the eligibility requirements to practise as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Capability Framework, or

Have been assessed and deemed suitable at New Entry, Core, Proficient or Advanced level under the Framework.

- Strong Communication Skills: clear, compassionate communication is your superpower. You build rapport with ease and can engage meaningfully with clients, families, support teams, and professionals.
- Proven Experience: you bring demonstrated experience working in behaviour support, backed by references that reflect your integrity, commitment, and impact.
- Relevant Qualifications: a completedBachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Mental Health, or a related field.Membership with a recognised professional body (e.g., AASW, AHPRA, PACFA, BSPA) is required.
- Training & Development Skills: you're confident in preparing, delivering, and evaluating tailored training packages for individuals or support teams.
- Innovative & Autonomous Thinker: you work well independently, think creatively, and love solving problems that help people live more meaningful, inclusive lives.
- Ethical & Evidence-Based: your practice is underpinned by the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines. You are confident in your understanding of Restrictive Practices and are committed to least-restrictive, person-centred support.
- Work Rights: candidates must hold valid Australian work rights, including citizenship, permanent residency or appropriate work visa.
